1. Tyre construction-tyre crown

2. Tyre construction-ply

4. Tyre construction-tyre bead

The tyre bead is made by a twining steel wire that is put on rubber material in a certain shape, which plays the role of fixing the tire on the rim, and it is composed of a bead core and chafer cloth. It can withstand the tension caused by the internal pressure, and at the same time, it can overcome the lateral force of the tyre during cornering so that the tyre will not fall out of the rim.
